The Learning in Nursing from the Photodynamic Therapy of Perianal/Anal-Canal Condyloma Acuminatum with 5-Aminolevulinic Acid

摘要 目的探讨5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法治疗肛周-肛管尖锐湿疣患者的护理方法。方法对30例肛周-肛管尖锐湿疣患者进行光动力治疗,密切观察治疗各阶段的精心护理对临床疗效的影响。结果经3次治疗后27例患者皮损完全消退,恢复正常黏膜结构;3例肛管、肛周均受累的患者在治疗4周后复发,经再次治疗未见复发。结论加强光动力治疗前、中、后的各项护理,有助于取得较好的疗效。 Objective To explore the nursing approach of photodynamic therapy (PDT) of perianal/anal canal con dyloma acuminatum with topical adminstration of 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA). Methods 30 cases of perianal/anal canal condyloma acuminatum were treated by photodynamic therapy, and attentive nursing was carried out simultaneously, The contributions of nursing to the clinical efficacy were analyzed before, during and after PDT. Results 27 cases archived clinical cure after 3 times treating,only 3 cases of condyloma acuminatum occurring on the rectum and perianal together relapsed 4 weeks later, but were cured following intensive treatment. Conclusion It is essential to pay more attention to the nursing pre-, and post-treatment of perianal/anal canal condyloma acuminatum by the photodynamie therapy, so as to archieve better efficacy of PDT.
