嗜酸乳杆菌对螺旋形和球形幽门螺杆菌黏附拮抗作用的研究 被引量:6

The Antagonism Effect of Lactobacillus Acidophilus on Adherence of Helical and Coccoid Forms of Helicobacter pylori

摘要 目的研究热灭活状态和活菌状态嗜酸乳杆菌对螺旋形和球形幽门螺杆菌(Hp)的黏附拮抗作用。方法制备人胃上皮腺癌细胞系(AGS)细胞爬片,将两种状态嗜酸乳杆菌和不同形态Hp菌分组按不同顺序加入,作用2h,革兰染色后光镜观察分析Hp黏附指数产生的变化,荧光抗体染色法定性评价黏附于AGS细胞的Hp密度的改变。结果革兰染色后光镜观察分析:排除实验组及竞争实验组与对照组比较,黏附指数均有明显下降(P<0.05)。荧光镜下可见实验组黏附于细胞的Hp密度也明显降低。结论嗜酸乳杆菌对不同形态的Hp均具有黏附拮抗作用。 Objective To investigate the antagonism effect on adherence of the helical and coccoid forms of Hp to the gastric epithelial cell by the inactivated and living Lactobacillus acidophilus. Methods The AGS cell-seeded coverslips were prepared, then the two different status of Lactobacillus acidophilus and two different forms of Hp were added in different order. 2 hours later, the bacteria were Garm's stained, and the adherence of Hp to AGS cell were observed by microscope and the adherence index was calculated. At the same time, by using FITC-conjuncted antibody, the density of the adhered two different forms of Hp was evaluated under the fluoscence microscope after treatment with inactivated and living Lactobacillus acidophilus. Result Compared with the control group, the adherence indexes of the competition test group and the exclusion test group were much lower(P〈0.05), and the density of the adhered two different forms Hp of test groups were much lower than that of the control group. Conclusion Lactobacillus acidophilus had antagonism effect on cell adherence of helical and coccoid forms of Hp.
