摘要
为探索草莓组培快繁的适宜微环境,本试验研究了草莓组培继代培养和生根培养阶段微环境对草莓组培苗生长的影响。结果显示,MS+蔗糖20g·L-1+BA1.0mg·L-1+IBA0.1mg·L-1,温光条件23℃±2℃,14h光照/10h黑暗为草莓继代培养的最佳微环境。1/2MS+蔗糖20g·L-1+NAA0.1mg·L-1,温光条件25~20℃,14h光照/10h黑暗为草莓生根培养的最佳微环境。适宜的组培微环境既有利于组培苗的快繁又可降低繁苗的成本。
In order to study the optimum tissue culture microenvironment for strawberry. Effect of microenvironment on growth of strawberry tissue culture seedlings at subculture stage and rooting stage have been studied in this test. Result shows that: MS+ Sucrose20 g.L^-1+BA1.0 mg·L^-1+IBA0.1 mg·L^-1,temperature and light condition at 23 ℃+2 ℃ and 14 h illumination/10 h dark as the best treatment for strawberry seedlings growth; 1/2MS+sucrose20 g.L^-1 +NAA0.1 mg·L^-1, temperature and light condition at 25- 20℃ and 14 h illumination/10 h dark as the best treatment for strawberry rhizogenesis.the optimum tissue culture microenvironment was both favorable for rapid propagation of strawberry tissue culture seedlings and cost reduction.
