摘要
总体城市设计是塑造整体城市特色和环境的必要条件。当前急需在总体规划阶段加强和深化城市设计的内容，或在总体规划之后以专项的形式进一步深入开展总体城市设计工作，以深化现行城市规划内容体系。本文重点研究了总体城市设计的任务和编制内容及其成果的表达方式等问题。
Comprehensive urban design is one of the most effective ways and the essential factor to shape the integrated urban characteristic and environment. Currently, it is the time to strengthen and deepen the work of comprehensive urban design during the process of working out the planning, or id do it after the planning as a special work, in order to deepen the urban planning system. In this article, it's studied mainly about the task of the comprehensive urban design, the degree of depth and the presentation of the products of the comprehensive urban design.
