摘要
结合近年来对运动训练模式和运动成绩产生重大影响的新的训练方法,重点介绍了核心训练、功能性训练、康复性训练,指出这些训练方法在军人体能训练中的移植与借鉴,对丰富军事体能训练内容与方法,为战斗力更好更快地生成服务起到积极作用。
This paper emphasizes on the summary of core training,functional training and recovery training combining the new training methods which have great effects on the sports training modes and sports results in recent years.It points out that these training methods have be transplanted and used for reference in the military physical training,and they also play an active role in enriching the contents and methods of military physical training and in the faster and better generating of battle effectiveness.
