摘要
介绍了数值模拟在热轧大型H型钢中的模拟及应用,主要包括全轧程热力耦合数值模拟,轧后残余应力相关问题的数值模拟,以及热轧大型H型钢组织演变及性能预报,为数值模拟在热轧大型H型钢中的应用提供参考。
This paper introduces in detail the numerical simulation and application of hot rolling large size H-beams,mainly includes：3D thermal mechanical coupled numerical simulation in the whole rolling process of large size H-beams,numerical simulation of residual stress related problems,as well as hot rolling large size H-beams microstructure evolution and property prediction. This paper provides the reference for the numerical simulation and application of hot rolled large size H-beams.
