摘要
文章介绍《食品营养与保健》课程的教学实践与体会。任课教师自编适合大学生饮食与健康的教科书,讲授内容是理论与实例相结合的教学模式,课后教师与学生交流,利用电子邮箱和博客的互动交流,使教师与学生在教与学的过程中得到最大程度的发挥,得到了良好的教学效果。
The teaching practice and experience of Nutrition and Health was introduced in the paper. A suitable teaching material wrote by instruetor, combination of theory and practical examples as teaching mode, the teacher and students communication and discuss by email and blog after the class.Both the teacher and students obtain greatly benefits during the teaching and learning.
