基于感兴趣区域灰度医学影像的编码方法

摘要 由于医学影像有一定的法律效力,数据的正确性有着重要的意义。针对具有数据量大,且精度要求高等特征,通常情况下采用无损压缩。为了在保持影像有效信息的同时,减少冗余数据,针对JPEG2000图像编码标准中定义的感兴趣区域(ROI)包含解码影像的相对质量差,计算复杂的缺点。提出了一种改进的编码的方法,对位面分类更加容易,并可以更好的控制解码影像的质量,使影像更加清晰。同时方法在灰度图中使用,不但减少了运算的复杂度,而且实现比较简单,为日后的医学影像存储提供了方便的工具。 Because medical images have a certain legal effect,its accuracy of the data is of great significance. Therefore,the large amount of data and high precision characteristics normally need to use the lossless compression. At the same time, in order to maintain an effective image information, redundant data should be reduced. In view of the poor quality of progressive decoded images and the high computational cost of ROI defined by JPEG 2000, the paper proposes an improved ceding method which makes the rearrangement of bit planes easier, controls the quality of progressive decoded images better, and makes images clearer. At the same time the method is used in Gray Image, can reduce the complexity of computing, and is easier to realize. The method provides a convenient tool for fature medical image storage.
