利用夏季自然温度及微生物丰富的特点,通过提高制曲温度和水分以及调整原料粉碎度,可集中生产优质的中温大曲。用中温大曲来酿制清香型白酒,可达到优质、低耗效果。
In Summer (featured by high natural temperature and abundant microbes), quality medium-temperature Daqu could be produced in large amount through the increase of Daqu-making temperature and the adjustment of grinding degree of raw matrials. Such medium-temperature Daqu could be used for the production of Fen-flavor liquor to realize high-quality and low-consumption production.
