摘要
文中针对滁西220 kV高压输电线路铁塔主架角钢腐蚀开裂问题进行的化学成分、金相组织、拉伸试验、电化学腐蚀特性和镀锌层电镜等分析研究情况,指出滁西线铁塔腐蚀开裂为均匀腐蚀加缝隙腐蚀的结果,与铁塔受力、铁塔基体缺陷和大气腐蚀密切相关。在酸雨环境中,铁塔腐蚀速度受温度影响最大,随温度升高腐蚀速度加快,同时随着应力增大腐蚀速度相应增大。
The angle steel corrosion crack of the 220 kV ChuXi line high voltage transmission tower's main framework was researched by chemistry component,metallographie structure,tensile testing,electrochemistry corrosion property and zinc-coating electron microscope and so on. showed that the 220 kV ChuXi line was general corrosion and crevice corrosion,which was closely related with the tower's stress statc,substrate defect and the atmosphere corrosion. The results also showed that temperature exhibited significant effect on the tower under the acid rain environment,the corrosion velocity varied with the temperature and the stress.
