室内人工培育中华蜜蜂幼虫技术研究 被引量:20

摘要 以中华蜜蜂(Apis cerana cerana,简称中蜂)幼虫为试验材料,研究了不同饲粮配方、饲养模式和培养板对中蜂幼虫发育的影响。得出以下结果:幼虫饲粮LD1和LD3对幼虫的饲喂效果显著优于LD2;比较不同移虫模式下幼虫发育成功率:日转移法为61.1%,不转移法为70.8%;其中,在不转移饲喂模式下,使用新培养板培养的发育成功率(69.8%)显著高于重复利用的培养板培养的发育成功率(39.6%)(P<0.01)。表明室内以LD1或LD3饲喂,采用"不转移法"模式,并使用新培养板,更利于中蜂幼虫的发育。 With the Apis cerana cerana larvae as experimental material, the effects of different diet formula, feeding mode and culture plate on the larvae development were studied indoor. The results showed that LD1 and LD3 had better effect than LD2. The survival rate of bee larvae transferred daily was 61.1%, while that of not - transferred ones was 70.8%. Under no transfer, the survival rate of larvae could get to 69.8% by using new culture board, and was significantly higher than that using the used culture board. So feeding with LD1 and LD3, not transferred and using new culture board were optimum for well development of Apis cerana cerana larvae.
