摘要
研制了一种精密播种机可变压力苗带镇压器,进行了玉米作物的田间播后镇压试验,分析了不同镇压力对播后土壤含水量、土壤压强及玉米发芽、出苗、长势、产量的影响。结果表明:作物出苗生长最佳镇压强度为0.5-0.7 kg/cm2,利用拖拉机液压系统调节镇压力的最佳镇压强度控制方法,为研究与开发新的精密播种机镇压部件提供了理论依据和设计方法。
In this paper, a new type of seeding strip press roller with variable pressure of the precision planter was developed and the pressing experiments for the crops were carried out by this seeding strip press roller. The effects of different pressure or] the soil water content, soil pressure, the germinating, the sprouting, growing and the yield of the corn were discussed in detail. It was concluded that the optimum pressure for the corn was from 0.5 kg/cm2 to 0.7 kg/cm2. The optimum pressure could be adjusted by the hydraulic system of the tractor.
