镇海地区机关事业单位人群血尿酸水平调查分析 被引量:13

Analysis of serum uric acid level in a population of Zhenhai district

摘要 目的了解浙江宁波镇海地区机关事业单位人群血尿酸(UA)水平及高尿酸血症(HUA)的患病率。方法分析2005年至2007年镇海地区机关事业单位体检人员血UA水平及HUA患病率,将所有人员按年份、性别及年龄分组,并与同地区常住农村居民的HUA患病率进行比较。结果2005年至2007年男性血UA水平分别为(366.16±76.12)、(375.32±76.65)、(375.81±79.49)μmol/L,女性分别为(262.72±60.84)、(266.44±60.57)、(279.95±70.91)μmol/L;男性HUA的患病率分别为24.26%、26.39%、27.89%,女性为7.12%、7.66%、12.65%。按2000年全国人口普查构成比标化后患病率男性分别为23.77%、26.68%、28.45%,女性为7.51%、9.61%、9.88%。血UA水平和HUA患病率有逐年增高趋势(P<0.01),男性高于女性(P<0.01),女性随年龄的增加患病率增加,男性受年龄的影响不大。机关事业单位人群的血UA水平及HUA患病率高于常住农村人群。结论镇海地区机关事业单位人群患HUA有年轻化倾向,患病率高于农村居民,并逐年增加,不同年份、性别、年龄间比较差异有统计学意义。 Objective To investigate the level of serum uric acid(UA) and the prevalence of hyperuricemia(HUA) in Ningbo Zhenhai district. Methods The level of UA and the prevalence of HUA reported in health-examination of working personnels in government departments and institutions in Zhenhai district from 2005 to 2007 were analyzed. All of them were classified according to year, sex and age, and the prevalence was compared with that in rural area residents. Results The levels of serum UA in male were (366.16 ±76. 12), (375.32 ±76.65)and(375.81 ±79.49) μmol/L and in female were ( 262.72 ± 60.84 ), ( 266.44 ±60.57 ) and ( 279.95±70.91 ) μmol/L in year 2005,2006 and 2007 respectively. The prevalence of HUA in male were 24.26% , 26.39% and 27.89% ; and in female were 7.12% , 7.66% and 12.65%. After standardization according to the population in 2000, the prevalence of HUA in male were 23.77%, 26.68% and 28.45% ; and in female were 7.51%, 9.61% and 9.88%. The level of serum UA and the prevalence of HUA had an increasing trend year by year ( P 〈 0.01 ). The level of serum UA in male was higher than that in female ( P 〈 0.01 ). The prevalence of HUA in female increased with age, but was affected a little in male. The level of serum UA and the prevalence of HUA in the working personnels were higher than those in the rural area residents. Conclusions The prevalence of HUA in the working personnels of government departments and institutions in Zhenhai district has a more and more youthful trend, and it increases year by year. It is higher than that in rural area residents. There is statistical difference in the prevalence of HUA among the different sex, age and year.
