摘要
为了进一步探索农村土地流转市场化的必要性,科学合理地配置农村土地资源,发挥农地资源的最优效益,文章运用实地调查法、理论分析法、统计分析的方法,对重庆市忠县农村土地流转市场化进行了需求分析。分析表明,从微观角度来看,农村土地市场化流转有利于维护农民土地权益、提高农民土地收益;从宏观角度看,农村土地市场化流转有利于进一步完善社会主义市场经济,有利于实现城乡统筹发展和发展现代农业。为了推进农村土地流转市场化,必修明晰土地产权关系、完善市场机制等建议。
In order to further study on the necessity on Rural Land Transfer Market, allocate the rural land scientifically, exert the most optimal efficiency,achieve the coordinated development of urban and rural areas in Chongqing,we analyse the demand of rural land transfer market with Survey Methods, Theoretical Analysis Method, Statistical Analysis Method.The result shows that from the microeconomic point of view, the rural land transfer in market is conducive to safeguarding the land rights of farmers and improving their land revenue; from a macro point of view, it is conducive to further improve the socialist market economy,to achieve urban and rural coordinated development and the development of modern agriculture. In conclusion,the relationship between land ownership should be made clear,the market mechanism should be perfected.
