摘要
优化螺旋滚筒调高机构的有关参数,是采煤机设计中的重要问题之一。本文针对调高机构的特点,提出设计指标,建立数学模型,优选有关参数。文章最后以S_3—170型采煤机为例,将优化设计结果与原设计结果列表对比,明显看出调高油缸的几项主要参数均优于原设计。
To optimize the parameter of the ranging mechanism of spiral drum is one of the significant problems in shearer design. The paper points out the design index, sets up mathematical model and optimizes the relevant parameter with reference to the feature of the ranging mechanism.By taking Type S3-170 shearer as an example, a tabular comparison is made between the result of optimized design and the original ones. It is obvious that several main parameters of the ranging cylinder are much better than that of the original design.
