摘要
提出师资培训工作应以参训教师为本,坚持可持续发展的理念;以大连民族学院师资培训工作为例,在构建共同发展平台、完善师资培训网络、拓宽师资培训途径和提升师德师风等方面进行了尝试并取得成效。
This paper proposes an idea that teacher training should be trainee-oriented and stick to the concept of sustainable development.Take teacher training in Dalian Nationalities University for example.Efforts and achievements have been made in terms of building a platform for common development,perfecting the teacher-training network,increasing approaches to teacher training and improving teacher morality.
