摘要 P物质(substance P,SP)是最早发现的一种神经肽,属于哺乳动物速激肽家族,广泛分布于中枢、外周神经系统,在各种组织中呈现出多种生物效应。P物质是伤害性传入末梢释放的一种兴奋性递质,它与疼痛关系密切,既可传递痛觉信息、产生疼痛,又有镇痛作用。近年来的研究表明,P物质在中枢和外周神经系统中的伤害性信息传递中起着重要的作用,因此本文在此背景下对P物质与疼痛的关系进行概述。 Substance P was one of the first material found in a neuropeptide, belonging to the tachykinin family, widely distributed in the central and peripheral nervous system, showing a wide range of biological effects in a variety of tissues. Substance P is a peripheral excitatory transmitter released by nerve ending because of stimuli of harm. It is closely related to pain and can not only convey the sensation of pain and cause pain but also produce analgesic effect. Studies in recent years have shown that Substance P plays an important role in the transmission of harm information. This article is therefore to provide an overview of the relationship between substance P and pains in this context of pain and substance P.
