Comparison of Effect of Siliceous Materials and Aluminous Substances on Expansion due to Alkali-Silica Reaction in Long Term

摘要 采用快速砂浆棒法,通过延长养护时间,研究了硅灰、粉煤灰和Al2O3对碱硅酸反应(ASR)长期膨胀性的影响。结果表明:适量的硅灰在14d内能有效抑制ASR,但在更长龄期时是无效的;适量的Al2O3不仅在短期内能有效抑制ASR,而且在更长龄期时也是有效的。说明富含Al2O3的物质对ASR的长期抑制效果比硅质材料好。 The effects of siliceous materials and aluminous substances on expansion due to alkali-silica reaction (ASR) in long term were compared by using Accelerated Mortar Bar Test and through prolonging the curing time. The results showed that ASR could be inhibited effectively by proper content of siliceous materials within 14 days, but could not in long term, while it could be inhibited by proper content of aluminous substances not only within 14 days but also in long term. It may be concluded that ASR can be inhibited more effectively in long term by aluminous substances than by siliceous materials.
