摘要
地方本科院校的人才培养明显存在着不少薄弱点以及与形势不相适应的问题,诸如专业设置滞后;人才培养模式改革的重点有偏差;教学理念落后;毕业生知识技能结构不完善,动手能力、适应能力弱,创新精神匮乏等。为此,必须积极采取有效措施:加强专业建设的力度,大力培养具有学校特色和优势的应用性、复合型专业;着力教学内容的改革;加快教育教学观念由"精英化"向"大众化"的转变;加大教学改革力度,构建和完善应用型人才培养必需的教学体系。
There obviously exist many weak points in local university talents cultivation and it doesn＇t fit development situation, such as a lagging specialty setting; having deviation on the key of talents cultivation model reform; a backward teaching idea; it is imperfect for the structure of graduates＇ knowledge and skills, weaker practical ability and adaptability, lack of creative spirit and so on. Therefore, we should take positive and effective measures： to strengthen specialty construction dynamics, then cultivate vigorously the applied and compound professional with universities＇ characteristics and advantage; to promote teaching content reform; to speed up educational and teaching view transform from＂elites＂ to ＂popularization＂; to enlarge teaching reform dynamics, and do construct and improve a necessary teaching system cultivating the applied talents.
