介绍了一个具有电子白板功能的语音通信系统的设计与实现。首先概述了系统的整体结构，接着介绍了对语音的处理，然后重点讨论了系统中多线程的并行运行，最后简单介绍了电子白板中对中文的处理．
The paper presents a voice communication system with electronic whiteboard.We first summarize its architecture and introduce its voice processing.Then we mainly discuss the execution of concurrent multithread in the system.At last we present Chinese processing in electromc whiteboard.
