摘要
目前水平井存在套管居中度差、固井顶替效率低的缺陷,导致水平井固井质量差,严重影响了水平井优势的发挥。为了提高水平井固井质量,在胜利油田F147-平2井、F147-平1井和L8-平1井上,应用新型韧性胶乳水泥浆、新型前置液体系、提高套管居中度等新工艺,取得了显著效果,为今后胜利油田提高水平井固井质量积累了经验。
In horizontal well cementing,the centralization of casing strings and the efficiency of displacement of cement slurry play a great role in the horizontal well productivity.To improve the cementing job quality of horizontal wells,a new tough latex cement slurry and a new prepad fluid were applied in several horizontal wells in Shengli Oilfiled,such as F147-Ping2,F147-Ping1,and L8-Ping1.A new technology to improve the centralization of casing strings was used in these wells.Cementing job quality of these wells was obviously improved.
