基于粗糙集理论的柴油机异响故障诊断研究

摘要 针对工程装备柴油机工况复杂、故障诊断特性参数多、故障诊断模糊性强的特点,提出应用阶比分析方法消除与振动信号无关的噪声干扰,然后利用粗糙集理论对故障诊断决策表进行约简,获得最优决策系统,形成了柴油机故障诊断规则,有效提高了柴油机故障诊断的精度和效率。 In view of complicated running status, many fault parameters and strong faintness of failure characteristics of diesel engine, this paper presents the signal-processing method based on order analysis to eliminate the noise independent with the vibration signal. Simplify the fault diagnosis decision table using rough sets theory and acquire superior decision system, finally get the fault diagnosis rule of engine abnormal noise. This method raises the accuracy and efficiency of fault diagnosis of Diesel engine greatly.
