摘要 目的介绍一种新型手术无影灯。方法用特定的发光二极管作手术无影灯的点光源,聚焦形成手术照明光束,用单片机IC作控制电路控制无影灯的亮度、聚焦、运行状态检测、报警和部分自动修复等。结果通过临床使用和测试,无影灯光线好、交直流两用耗电量小、温升很低、故障率低、结构轻巧。结论非常适合医院手术室使用,也适合野外医疗机构使用。 : Objective This paper is to introduce a new operating astral lamp.Methods The operating astral lamp employs specially-designed LED as the point light source to focalize lights into a beam for operating illumination,and IC is used as the control circuit to manipulate the brightness, focusing, running detecting, alarming, partially autorepairing and exchanging between AC and DC. Results Through clinical use and testing, this astral lamp proves to possess the following traits: high quality of lightemitting,small power consumlStion,low heat releasing,low failure rate, light-weighted conformation. Conclusion It is very suitable for hospital operating room and the field medical institution.
