Government-media Relationship:an Economic Perspective

摘要 以经济学理论当中的博弈论为基础,提出了政府与媒体的两种博弈类型:合作博弈与非合作博弈。认为合作博弈作为政府与媒体关系的常态,在博弈过程中占据主要地位。为公共利益而博弈,最大限度地增加公共利益总量成为处理政府与媒体关系的主要指导理论,实现政府与媒体之间利益的纳什均衡是处理两者关系的最终目标。 On the basis of game theory in economics, two types of game between the government and media, namely cooperative game and non- cooperative game, are proposed. It is considered that cooperative game is the normal form between the government and the media that plays a primary role in the game process. To game for the interest of the public and furthest increase the total amount of the public interest is the guideline addressing the relationship between the government and the media. To achieve the Nash equilibrium between the government' s interest and the media' s interest is the ultimate goal to deal with the relationship.
