摘要
以某8缸柴油机为例,通过建立了考虑油膜润滑的柴油机曲轴轴系柔性多体动力学分析模型,分析得出机体动态特性分析主要的激励—主轴承反力和活塞侧推力,并在这些激励力作用下计算机体的振动响应,得到了机体各节点的振动速度,从而为柴油机的低噪声设计提供依据。
The dynamics analytical model of crankshaft system Flexible Multi-Body of a 8—cylinder diesel considering hydrodynamic lubrication was established.Main excitations of dynamic properties analy-sis-reaction force of main bearing and reaction force of the piston thrust—of the block were found out by analysis.And the vibration response of this block was calculated under the action of these excitation forces.The vibration velocity of every panel point of block was obtained,and thus provided a foundation for the low noise design.
