硬膜外麻醉下异丙酚使妇科手术患者意识消失的半数有效血浆靶浓度 被引量:3

摘要 椎管内麻醉下异丙酚辅助镇静在临床广泛应用,而异丙酚会产生低血压、心动过缓和呼吸抑制等副作用。其辅助椎管内麻醉时,异丙酚使患者意识消失的半数有效剂量为0.82mg/kg。因异丙酚靶控输注技术已广泛用于临床,其辅助椎管内麻醉时使患者意识消失的半数有效血浆靶浓度尚有待确定。本研究拟确定硬膜外麻醉下异丙酚使妇科手术患者意识消失的半数有效血浆靶浓度,为临床用药提供参考。
