摘要
江南何氏是一个有八百多年行医历史的世医家族,清代的何其伟是其中一位较有成就的医生。他在早年的科考及后来的行医生涯中,广泛结交官僚士大夫,从而在其周围形成了一个颇具特色的"儒医社交圈",并将交往关系延伸到医疗活动之外的社会生活中。正是基于和儒者群体的这样一种摈除直接功利目的、充满文人风雅气息的日常交往,儒医成功地提升了其社会地位,同时也提高了业医声誉,拓展了行医的社会网络,在患者资源的获取和医患互动中,具有更强的优势和更多的主导性。
He family in Jiangnan area was a physician family of more than 800 years history.He Qiwei in the Qing dynasty was one of the famous physicians in the family.He made contact to and established friendship with many intellectuals and formed a social contact field of doctor and intellectual.Then he extended his social contact outside the treatment activities,to a larger scale social life.Such social contact with intellectuals without any utility aim,while with rich elegant content,those Confucian physicians successfully promoted their social status and professional reputation,extended their social network.They got more advantages in gaining patient resource and had more dominant power in interaction between physician and patient.
