3种沉水植物对水华藻类生长的影响 被引量:22

Effects of Three Submerged Macrophytes on the Growth of Bloom Algae in the Laboratory

摘要 研究了菹草、狐尾藻和金鱼藻等3种沉水植物及其新鲜组织的水浸出液、干粉末的蒸馏水和甲醇萃取物对取自太湖的水华藻类生长的影响。结果表明,在共生条件下,3种沉水植物明显抑制了水华藻类的生长。与金鱼藻相比,菹草和狐尾藻的抑制作用更强;当菹草、狐尾藻和金鱼藻的质量浓度分别为80、80和160g/L(鲜重)时,其新鲜组织的水浸出液对水华藻类的生长都产生了抑制作用,第12天时其对水华藻类的生长抑制率分别为86.5%、77.4%和79.6%;3种沉水植物干粉末质量浓度达到20g/L(干重)时的蒸馏水萃取物,第12天时对水华藻类的生长抑制率超过50%;3种沉水植物干粉末质量浓度达到1.92g/L(干重)时的甲醇萃取物显著(P<0.05)抑制了水华藻类的生长,第12天时其对水华藻类的生长抑制率均超过80%。 Effects of three submerged macrophytes, Potamogeton crispus, Myriophyllum sp. and Ceratophyllum demersum on the growth of bloom algae were investigated. The results of the coexistence assay indicated that, Potamogeton crispus, Myriophyllum sp. and Ceratophyllum demersum inhibited significantly excessive growth of bloom algae. Of the three submerged macrophytes, Potamogeton crispus and Myriophyllum sp. have the stronger inhibition on bloom algae; at the relatively higher concentrations (Potamogeton crispus, Myriophyllum sp. and Ceratophyllum demersum fresh weight 80,80 and 160 g/L), the aqueous extracts of fresh tissue of three submerged macrophytes can inhibit growth of bloom algae ; the growth of bloom algae was strongly inhibited by using dry powder; at the concentration of dry weight 20 g/L, the inhibitory effect by aqueous extracts of the dry powder of the three submerged macrophytes was beyond 50% ; the methanol extracts of the dry powder of three submerged macrophytes can inhibit growth of bloom algae at the relatively higher concentration.
