摘要
为克服电主轴采用传统定压预紧方式低速时预紧力偏小和高速时预紧力偏大的弊端,提出了一种电主轴预紧力可控的预紧方式,对比研究了电主轴在这两种预紧方式下的动力学性能。结果表明,可控预紧电主轴能同时满足低速重切削和高速轻切削的加工要求。
In order to overcome the weakness of a traditional constant preload method which leads to the preload being too small at low speeds and too big at high speeds, a controllable preload method of motorized spindles is proposed. The dynamic performance of motorized spindles with the two preload methods mentioned above is compared. It is shown that the motorized spindle with a controllable preload method can satisfy the machining requirement of heavy cutting at low speeds and light cutting at high speeds well.
