52例念珠菌性食管炎的临床实验室分析 被引量:1

摘要 念珠菌是人的消化道正常菌群之一,也是重要的条件致病菌,食管念珠菌感染属于深部真菌感染。近年来,随着广谱抗生素、肾上腺皮质激素、抑酸药等药物的广泛长期使用及患者机体抵抗力低下等多种因素造成患者消化道、呼吸道正常菌群失调、炎性反应抑制、天然黏膜屏障破坏,引起条件致病菌感染呈上升趋势,
