子宫平滑肌肉瘤脑转移一例报告及文献复习 被引量：1

摘要 平滑肌肉瘤占成人软组织肿瘤发病率的5％～10％，是常见的恶性肿瘤之一。在中枢神经系统中，颅内原发平滑肌肉瘤极其罕见，其病因为免疫缺陷（HIV感染）或全脑放疗所致，主要以转移性病变为主。我们对一子宫平滑肌肉瘤脑转移患者进行治疗，结合文献，对其治疗及预后进行探讨。
