摘要
目的:探讨护理流程改造的方式、方法。方法:运用FMEA失效模式作为护理流程改造的工具,提高护理流程改造后的安全性。结果:FMEA失效模式能够节约改造护理流程的时间;减少或消除护理流程改造带来更大损失的机会;提高护理流程的安全性。结论:FMEA失效模式在护理流程改造中是值得推广的管理工具。
Objective ：To investigate the way of transforming nursing process. Methods ：As a tool for transformation of nursing process, FMEA failure mode can improve the security of processes transformed. Results ： FMEA failure mode saved the time of transformation of nursing processes; reduced or eliminated the opportunities of the greater loss of the transformation of nursing process; improved the safety of care processes. Conclusion：In the transformation of care process, FMEA failure mode is a management tool worthy of promotion.
