摘要 以ABAQUS/Explicit有限元软件为平台,以搅拌机螺旋叶片为研究对象,建立螺旋叶片冲压成形的三维有限元模型,并对叶片板冲压成形进行了数值模拟。依据成形仿真试验结果,用正交试验法对冲压模拟参数与冲压成形模拟精度之间的关系进行了分析和优化,为提高成形模拟精度提供了合理的依据。 A 3D finite element model for the stamp forming of a helical blade in a blender was established based on the ABAQUS/Explicit finite element software; and numerical simulation was aPplied to the stamp forming process of the blade plate. On the basis of the simulation results, the relationship between the simulated stamping parameters and simulation precision was analyzed and optimized by orthogonal experiment method.
