摘要
对胜任特征研究的起源、发展,国内外护理人员胜任特征研究概况以及胜任特征研究在护理教育中的应用情况进行了综述,并展望了我国护理胜任特征研究在护理教育中应用的发展前景。
It summarized the origin and development of competency features study,the overview of competency features study of nursing staff in abroad and at home, and the application of competency feature study in nursing education. And It looked ahead the developing prospect of application of competency feature study in nursing education.
