摘要
健全的进入机制和合理的退出机制同为竞技体育体制的重要组成部分。合理的运动员退出机制充分体现了对运动员的人性关怀,完善的运动员退出机制是以人为本的具体体现。运动员退出专业运动生涯的原因主要有自然淘汰、伤病淘汰和其它原因淘汰3种。完善运动员退出机制应注意的以下问题:合理补偿运动员参训所付出的"机会成本";加强退出监管、建立科学的退出评估体系;正确地选择退出时点;合理确定退出的形式与去向;处理好科学训练与人文关怀的关系,包括运动训练方法的采用应以不损害运动员的健康为度、运动技术的发展应以不损害运动员的身体为度、同时关注运动员认知因素和非认知因素的培养、注重运动员"可持续发展"能力的加强,以此为运动员们结束运动生涯时顺利走向社会创造条件。
Reasonable access mechanisms and a sound exit mechanism for sports are an important part of system. A reasonable exit mechanism for athletes fully reflects the human concern for athletes, improve the exit mechanism of athletes a concrete manifestation of a people - oriented. A career out of professional sports athletes, mainly because of natural selection, injuries and other reasons, eliminated out of three kinds. Athletes should pay attention to improve the exit mechanism for the following issues: Trainees are paid a reasonable compensation for players the "opportunity cost"; to strengthen the supervision to withdraw and establish a scientific evaluation system exit; the right to choose the exit point; reasonably determine the form and movement of withdrawal; processing a good scientific training and human caring relationship, including sports training methods used should be without prejudice to the health of athletes, degrees, sports skills development should be without prejudice to the athlete's body for the degree, while concerned about the athletes and non- cognitive factors, cognitive factors, the training of athletes focus on " sustainable development" empowerment. So as to end one's career when the athletes into the community to create conditions for success.
