摘要
在超声辐射条件下,以对叔丁基杯[8]芳烃为原料,采用氯乙酸乙酯为烃基化试剂,KI为离子交换剂,在K2CO3/丙酮体系中进行衍生化反应可高效制备对叔丁基杯[8]芳烃乙酸乙酯基衍生物;讨论了超声功率、反应时间、原料摩尔配比及催化剂等因素对收率的影响.实验结果表明:使用200 W的超声功率,氯乙酸乙酯过量50%,反应时间为25 min时,精制后杯芳烃酯类衍生物收率达到82.2%.
Under ultrasonic wave radiation,ester group fully substituted tert-butyl calix[8]arene derivative could be efficiently synthesized by using tert-butyl calix[8]arene as the raw material,ethyl α-chloroacetate as alkyl agent and KI as ionic exchanger in the system of K2CO3/acetone.The factors affecting the yields,such as ultrasonic radiation weight,reaction time,material molar ratio were discussed.The optimal conditions are: ultrasonic radiation weight 200 W,ethyl α-chloroacetate excess of 50%,radiation time 25 min. The method is easy to operate and control and has a high yield of up to 82.2%.
