摘要
针对目前面向客户定制生产的制造业企业物料清单数据增长过快,管理、维护困难等问题,构建了一种基于商业智能的物料清单自动生成方法。该方法从物料需求计划系统中提出按产品族组织的模块化物料清单,通过输入用户定制需求信息,经过多元回归分析,自动生成满足客户需求的物料清单,显著提高了企业对客户需求的响应能力和物料清单的准确性。采用该方法开发的原型系统已在某汽车制造企业投入应用,实现了对客户需求的快速响应,并极大地改善了物料清单管理。
To solve the problem which the BOM of the customization factory grows too fast, difficult to be managed, it proposes a automatic constitution method based on BI. This method improves the respond of the customers requirement and the accuracy of the BOM remarkably, selects modularized BOM based on product family data from MRP system, analyzes the customized input data with multiple regression analysis, generates BOM automatically. The application of the system shows that the method can improve the quick respond of the customers requirement and the management of BOM.
