摘要
文章探讨了图书馆管理文化的内涵,分析了数字环境对图书馆管理文化的影响和数字环境下图书馆管理文化的特点,提出了构建数字环境下图书馆管理文化的若干思路。
This paper discusses the connotation of library management culture, analyses the influence of digital environment on library management culture and the characteristics of library management culture in new environment. Then, proposes some ideas for the construction of library management culture.
