摘要
重温了系统思维的特点,分析了经济不发达地区的一般问题,提出了加强学习、提高设计者的知识水平,认真分析、掌握服务地区的区位特点,增强自信、立足本地求发展,创造条件、扩大与外界的交流,在实践中总结提高、促进地方经济的发展的建议。
Six characteristics of systemic thinking are discussed and common problems in economically underdeveloped regions are analyzed. Five suggestions have been made in this paper, inc. improving the theoretic knowledge of devisers of local economic development through intensive learning, understanding the characteristics of the target region through careful invesligation, enhancing self-confidence and making development plan based on local resources, creating a friendly environment to facilitate the communica- tion with external world, and improving and accelerating development of local economy during the practice.
