摘要
教学团队建设是教学质量工程的重要内容。本文结合重庆航天职业技术学院软件技术专业核心课程教学团队建设实践，阐述了教学团队的特点，以及建设教学团队的措施。从校企结合，管理制度，教学改革等方面进行了经验总结。重庆航天职业技术学院软件技术专业核心课程教学团队作为重庆市级教学团队，他们的团队建设经验对其他教学团队的建设有一定的借鉴作用。
Teaching team-building is an important part of teaching quality project. In this paper, we described the characteristics of the teaching team, as well as the measures of building the teaching team with the practice of software technology core course teaching team-building in Chongqing Aerospace Polytechnic, and learned lessons from the school-enterprise integration, management systems, teaching reform and other aspects, software technology core course teaching team in Chongqing Aerospace Polytechnic is the Chongqing education team, their team-building experience can have good effect for other teaching teams building.
