摘要
本文对双前桥载货汽车的转向传动机构及其转向原理进行了简要的介绍,为了便于分析,简化双前桥转向传动机构模型,并进行运动分析。在此基础上,研究转向传动机构常见故障与轮胎异常磨损的关系,为双前桥载货汽车转向机构的故障维修和优化设计提供理论依据。
The steering linkage mechanism and working principles of heavy motor truck are described. For purposes of analysis, the model of double-front-axle steering is simplified. On this basis, the causality of common problems and exceptional tyre abrasion were researched. The study contributes to breakdown maintenance and optimization design of double-front-axle steering truck.
