摘要
教育实习是教师教育人才培养的重要实践教学环节。采取师范生顶岗支教实习,是提高教师人才培养质量的重要途径,不仅有利于提高师范生综合素质,解决师范院校教育实习时间短、难度大的困难,而且有利于地方基础教育发展。大面积开展师范生顶岗支教实习也面临制度、经费、管理等方面的问题,要广泛实施顶岗支教实习需要政策制度和经费保障,也需要有效的管理。
Teaching practice is one of the key practical parts of teacher education. Working practice is an important path to improve the quality of teacher education. It promotes students comprehensive qualities and development of basic education in local areas. It provides a comparatively longer period of practice. Large number of students＇ working practice will produce such problems as management and costs. Thus, wide implementation of working practice needs guarantee of policies, investment and effective management.
