螺旋折流板换热器流动与传热数值模拟 被引量:7

Numerical Simulation of the Flow and Heat Transfer of the Spiral Baffle Heat Exchangers

摘要 应用F luent软件,建立了螺旋折流板换热器壳程通道的三维物理模型,采用RNGk-ε模型,对壳程内的流动与传热进行了数值模拟,得到了换热器内的速度场和压力场分布情况。通过实验测试,将模拟结果与实验结果进行比较,并根据单位压降下的传热系数对比了螺旋折流板换热器与弓形折流板换热器的性能差异。 A three-dimensional physical model of the shell side channel of the spiral baffle heat exchangers was founded using Fluent software. A numerical simulation was conducted of the flow and heat transfer in the shell side using RNG κ-ε model, and the distributions of the velocity field and pressure field in the heat exchangers were obtained. The simulative result was compared with the experimental result through experimental measuring, the performance difference between spiral baffle heat exchangers and bow shape baffle heat exchangers was compared using the heat transfer coefficient under unit drop.
