摘要
动态评估是新近二、三十年国外兴起的一种新的能力评估取向。它立足于个体的能力是开放的、灵活、可塑造的而非僵化的、固定的观念,改变了传统静态评估的"结果导向"为"过程导向",注重交互作用,从一种动态历时的角度对个体进行整体评估,旨在促进个体认知能力的改变并对其发展潜能进行评估。动态评估的动态、交互的方法对心理测量的发展作出了独特的贡献。
Dynamic assessment, which has in tbe last two or three decades developed into a new proliferation of psychometrics, questions the hypothesis of the conventional standardized testing and is dissatisfied as one of the static test approaches. It holds that abilities are plastic and flexible rather than rigid. It aims at modifying examinee cognitive functioning and evaluating his or her latent capacity. The dynamic assessment approach is process-orientated while traditional static assessment takes a product-based approach. The dynamic asscssment approach emphasizes sociocuhural and nonintellective factors for learning potentials, so it will be more important to psychometric testing.
