摘要
目的探讨肝外伤非手术治疗的方法、效果和适应证。方法36例肝外伤采用非手术治疗,动态观察病情,加强监测,注意休息、禁食、补液、酌情输血,应用止血药物及抗生素,加强保肝和营养支持治疗。结果36例均治愈,其中非手术治愈34例,占94.4%,中转手术2例。结论掌握好适应证,肝外伤非手术治疗是可行的。
Objective To study the method result and indication of management of hepatic injury. Methods 36 eases with hepatic injury were nonoperatively treated： observing the chang of illness constandy, strenghthing clincal monitor, rest and fasting, intravenous hydration, blood transfusion, nutritional support. Results 36 cases were all cured. 34 cases were cured by nonoperative management,2 cases were converted to operate. Conclusion Paying attention to the choice of indication,nonoperative treatment of liver injury is effective.
