摘要
目的:研究花生茎叶的化学成分。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱和凝胶柱色谱Sephadex LH-20进行分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果:从70%乙醇提取物中分离并鉴定了4个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(Ⅰ)、iso-medicarpin(Ⅱ)、大豆皂醇B(Ⅲ)、胡萝卜苷(Ⅳ)。结论:化合物Ⅱ为首次从该属植物中分得。
AIM:To study the chemical constituents in aerial parts of Arachis hypogea L. METHODS:Compounds were isolated and purified with silica gel and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography,and their structures were determined by using spectroscopic analysis including MS and NMR. RESULTS:Four compounds were isolated and identified as β-sitosterol(Ⅰ)、isomedicarpin(Ⅱ)、soyasapogenol B(Ⅲ)、daucosterol(Ⅳ). CONCLUSION:Compound Ⅱ was isolated from this plant for the first time.
