摘要
目的探讨鼻内镜术后鼻腔冲洗的疗效和应用价值。方法将60例慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉鼻内镜手术术后患者随机分为冲洗组和对照组各30例。冲洗组以生理盐水行鼻腔冲洗器鼻腔冲洗,对照组每2～3天鼻内镜冲洗并清理1次,随访6个月观察,比较2组的疗效及术后术腔上皮化时间。结果冲洗组治愈率和总有效率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且冲洗组术后术腔上皮化时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论生理盐水冲洗液在慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉鼻内镜术后应用效果优于传统方法,使治愈率得到明显提高,上皮化时间明显缩短。
Objective To discuss the curative effect and application value of nasal cavity irrigation after nasal sinuses operation under nasoscope.Methods 60 cases of chronic uroschesis and rhinopolypus patients were divided into irrigaton group and control group.The irragation group was given nasal cavity irrigation but the control group without.Then therapeutic effects were analyzed.Results The cure and total effective rate of the irrigation group were higher than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the epithelization time was shorter than the control group, the difference was also statisically signifficant （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion Nasal cavity irrigation after operation can raise the cure rate shorten the epithelization time
