摘要
介绍TS3000系统在2.5 Mt/a柴油加氢精制装置蒸汽透平压缩机中转速调节和防喘振控制方面的典型应用。机组转速控制系统技术经历机械调节式、液压调节式,发展到目前电子调速阶段。TS3000机组转速控制系统功能设备完善,扩展系统采用模块化的形式,实现基于安全、精确基础上的智能化控制。而防喘振控制方面,TS3000系统利用其特有的防喘振控制算法模块与机组、装置联锁保护功能实现基于同一平台的集成功能,大大提高了机组控制的可靠性、安全性和资源共享性。
It is introduced that the TS3000 system has been applied in the rotational speed and anti-surge control of the 2. 5 Mt/a diesel hydrogenation unit steam turbine compressor. The speed control technology has undergone mechanical adjustment, hydraulic adjustment and the current electric governor. The TS3000 rotational speed control system has perfect function, the system expand emploies modular form and has realized the intelligent control with safety and precision. For the anti-surge control, TS3000 system uses its unique anti-surge control algorithm modules and units interlock protection device based on the same platform to achieve integration, greatly improving the reliability security and resource sharing of the compressor control.
