摘要
以层层静电自组装方法制备牛血红蛋白(BHb)修饰电极,采用循环伏安法和交流阻抗法进行表征。以亚甲基蓝(MB)作电活性指示剂,用电化学方法研究阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)、十二烷基苯磺酸钠(LAS),阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)、十六烷基吡啶(CPB)与牛血红蛋白的相互作用,结果表明:在pH=7.5的PBS缓冲溶液里,SDS、LAS与带负电的BHb以静电斥力和疏水力相互作用,CTAB、CPB与BHb作用方式为静电引力和疏水作用结合。
Bovine Hemoglobin (BHb) modified electrode was fabricated using the layer-by-layer self-assembly method. With methylene blue (MB) as electroactive indicator probe, the characterization of the BHb/PDDA/graphite electrode was investigated by cyclic vohammetry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. The interaction between BHb and surfactants were studied by electrochemical methods. The results indicated that the interaction of BHb with SDS and LAS in PBS buffered solution of pH = 7.5 is electrostatic repulsion and hydrophobic binding, and the combination of BHb with CTAB and CPB is due to the electrostatic attraction and hydrophobic force.
