摘要
针对目前我国很多企业消化吸收新技术和二次创新能力明显不足的状况,提出一种基于功能本体的再创新设计策略.利用功能本体知识库,对产品结构进行功能匹配与功能组合,实现从已有产品结构到其功能的映射;在全面理解和消化吸收其原始功能模型基础上,通过对核心功能的泛化与具体化来分析同义或反义功能语义表述,从而得到合适的替代功能来实现功能变更,并通过对原始功能的改进与替换来产生新的功能模型.在功能实现方法库中寻求新的功能实现方法,从而实现对产品的再创新设计.最后,用实例阐述了上述的再创新设计方法.
To improve the capacity of domestic enterprises in technology absorption, assimilation and recreation, a re-creative design method based on function ontology was proposed. By using the knowledge library of function ontology, the structure-to-function mapping was conducted through function matching and function combination. After comprehensively understanding and abstracting the original function model, the functional synonyms and antonyms were analyzed by functional generalization and specification and function variation was achieved by the obtained substitute function. And through the improvement and replacement of the original function, an upgraded function model was obtained and the re-creative design of products was implemented by seeking a new function realization method in the function realization method library. A case study is given to illustrate the proposed re-creative design method.
